Vinyl moulding extrusion components
and systems in North America, we offer

Royal Mouldings is recognized for
finishing expertise and close tolerance
extrusions and the standard for quality

components are manufactured and
distributed from three state of the art
production facilities in Marion,
Virginia; one in Bristol,

What
are Cellular
Vinyl and Polymer Mouldings:
Royal
Mouldings has pioneered the marketing,
promotion, and manufacturing of the
Cellular process. This process uses
specially formulated resins, such as PVC
or Polystyrene allowing them to expand
to a “full size” profile with a
strong inner cell and outside surface
that emulates the strength benefits of
wood without the natural defects of
wood. There are no surface blemishes and
only minimal on-going maintenance. The
products do not rot and are available in
the Industry’s largest selection of
finishes. |
